Really enjoyed last night's webinar - came in an hour early and stayed till the end . All aspects of this coaching course were well covered and the webinar answered quite  a few queries that I had. Looking forward to  working through the various stages. I do have websites online, but  I'm sure I haven't designed them the right way for good  traffic.

I really love the setup of everything.  I've been on a few programs and by far this is the best layout I have seen.  I love when Daniel speaks to you first before diving into the program.  It's very warm and engaging and makes me feel 'looked after'.  I feel a warmth of happiness inside.  Big thank you to Daniel and James and his team for really taking the time to set up this program. It really comes across that you care about your customers and that they are receive value.

Just proves your human!!...Excellent content guys...this stuff rocks!!...Just a couple of questions??...1/...What was the video under the fear flip??...2/...It was just the same...yes??...

My fear is Skype...there doesnt seem to be any instruction there anywhere??...They even sent an email saying something like thanks and congratulations...now start using our service its this easy, just...blah blah...But it didnt tell me anything though!!...can anyone help with this??...

@ David - lol, yep, there's no need to be perfect, in fact perfection is the enemy as it gets in the way of just
getting stuff done, as we discuss on the video! The video is the same - I think!

The best thing to do with skype, like most things, is to just DIVE IN and give it a go.... find a friend with a skype address you can practice calling and chatting with - with whom it doesn't matter if things go wrong - and you won't look back!

Hi Guy's,

I have been trying to make money online for 18 months now and while I have had some success, it has taken many crappy ebooks and empty promises from poorly implemented courses to get me this far.

If I'm honest I have become sceptical of IM courses, and it was only the quality of your free pre-course content that got me to sign up in the first place!

And I have to say I have been so impressed with both modules 1 and 2 I can barely wait to get into the more advanced levels and taking my business to the next level and beyond...

Just finished module 1 due to many committments; not least a visit to london for EBA 1 day seminar with James Caan.

Excellent tuition easy to follow. Pleased that I made the decision to do the course.

However, I am having difficulty accessing Module 2.

I just want to say Thank you so much for the simple approach to your training modules.  You make the learning process so easy and I do not get confused at all.  I have bought programs in the past that were suppose to be step by step and I just got confused because they would leave out steps (like the google keyword tool) or how to pick the right product from Clickbank.  I am really excited about learning how to put a website together.  You guys have given me hope.

Hey Daniel & James,

just want to tell you your Modules are done perfect. It took me longer to finish Module 1 - but I did it to the last minute - and WOW - all your tips are perfect. I have tried to avoid FIREFOX for years, used to IE, but have to tell you that with the plug-ins that you recommend - and the more ones I found - YES it is a pleasure to work with it. All is installed. I am into Internet Marketing for around 6 months - looking up lots of models and coaching programs. Your BLUEPRINT (GOLD) COACHING is by far the most informative and interesting one. This even lets me stay up till 4:45 am here in Hong Kong !!

I do already enjoy the next steps ....

Well - I must say, the experience so far is awesome.  I've just finished module 3 and have succesfully set up my keyword optimised blog.  The beauty of this for me so far is that it is literally step by step.  You guys have brought new meaning to the word bite size the modules so far have been succinct and to the point.  Love it and looking forward to module 4.

Just completed module 4 and again am completely bowled over at the quality of this course.  I absolutely love doing the modules and because I love it I know I'll make a success off it.  I just  watched again the video of the blueprint diagram on the home page so I can make clear in my mind the overall vision of what it is I am on my way to accomplishing.  The fact that the internet buddies team, put this here, really shows that they've stepped into our shoes and thought of what we need to keep on course.  I cant thank you enough guys.

Hi Daniel, Just completed Module 6 - as we're halfway through I thought I'd leave some feedback.

I am an experienced IM who wants to improve conversions and signed up for the course. It has been great - I wish I started on this a year ago. The first benefit I got was module i - setting up properly and discipline. The second benefit I got has been Wordpress as I have always used HTML/ftp! Today we got to the nub of things for me - the advice on emails and the bonus video on emails. I am going away to totally redesign my email campaigns and sequences. I am confident this will have an immediate effect on my lists open rates which are a miserable 2-3% currently. I will let you know.

HEY guys got 2 words 4 u YOU ROCK just done mod 5 and my site is ranked 5th on 1st page with search of 2.4million ha ha ha back a the net boom boom and i only got 1 post on it give me more :>

Well what can I say. Firstly hope that you are both well and very pleased to have met you guys. As being  absolutely new to IM and very weary about it, l find myself feeling pretty confident while going through your modules. Due to my work it is not always possible to work on the course as l would like to but am trying to get through it all. You guys have done an excellent job, thank you very much for your efforts.

Just thought I'd let you know that when I try to download the Headline Creator Pro in Module 7, it comes up as containing a threat... Trojan horse Generic2_c.BLOX and will not let me open the programme.  Any suggestions?

Hi Guys,

It seems some are feeling despondent and understandably that is natural as you have not received what you and I were promised.  We have to remember however that Daniel and James are human beings and that we all have failings.  I still have faith in these guys and maybe there is a very good reason for their apparent lack of support at this time.  I will try and find out and put a post here.  I recently went through a bereavement and fell of the rail for a time. I'm not saying that this is the reason, simply that we mustn't jump to the conclusion that they're bad guys.

Yes Valerie, I agree, I would have accepted any explanation, if it were forthcoming. But they have ignored my phone calls, (they claim to check the messages twice a day), They have not replied to email to support or admin, not counting several request tickets!

I think that James & Daniel have not done Mod 9, 10, 11 & 12. Does anyone here have module 9 or above?

Like Daniel said in one of the membership videos, that you don't have to have all of the weekly lessons already done before you start, if you are putting together a 12 week course, just be a week or two ahead.

I'm an ex music teacher, well versed in creating lesson plans. I know how fraught with problems that style of planning can be.  You cannot just 'wing-it' like this!

I don't think they have modules above 8 ready, (please tell me I'm wrong), or I should have had them already! There will be some stern questions to answer on the webinar on the 29th. If it goes ahead!

J & D are supposed to teach by example aren't they?

What about outsourcing, why doesn't this millionaire use outsourcing for the support?

So, this is how you run a membership site is it? NOT.

I don't think I'd be happy letting people down like this! They should just pop their heads up long enough to say "Hello, sorry we're having problems, we will be with you as soon as possible, please bare with us!"

How difficult would that be? That's all I would have needed to keep me happy! Its too late for that now, I want to know more about what has gone wrong and an apology.

I don't like complaining and started out with such high expectations and to be honest, I was thrilled at the start of the programme but since I sent a support ticket and emails in August and a couple more since then without any response, I too am feeling very frustrated and let down.

I have just logged in this morning - no problems.  If you're really stuck you can always email James - he deals with the support / technical stuff.  He is also going to open a direct phone line in the coming weeks every second saturday morning I think... there will be more about this when they've got it set up.  James' email is James Watson [support@yourinternetbuddies.com].  He always answers my emails!   Hope this helps + good luck!    K :)

Hey thanks thought i was alone i have emailed them "james" i got faith in the system i got my site ranked at the top of google

17.5mill competing sites when i log in it takes me to week3 then it will go to week 12 then week 8 and so on i completed week 9 so was waiting

for week 10 i heard there was a direct phone line coming up il email again dont think its my laptop had no probs before il check my cookies and other stuff

I haven't got Module 9 on my computer either.Feeling a bit frustrated about not being able to continue with the course right now, especially as ,like many others, I paid for the complete course.

Looking through some of the other comments, I see that someone has all 12 lessons?

Still hopeful that the course soon gets underway again.

This will go along with the assignment for "Flipping your fear" back on Module 1. Just trying to be honest and doing all assignments as I come to them. My fear that I am facing is admitting that I am just now starting Coaching Series. I joined Blueprint coaching back in July. All the rest of you are up to Module 9. I just finally started my Modules 2 days ago. I am going through all of them and I will catch up with the rest of you. I finished Module 1 today and have done all assignments. I am off and running onto Module 2 right now. This was the last assignment for "1". I am facing my procrastinations and going forward. I will finish this coarse with the rest of you! Heres to success to all of us :).

To all that read in here in the modules James and Daniel talk about article-express.net

I used them got 10 articles done must say very good BUT have since sent in another order £65 worth

i paid them and have heard nothing for over a week and sent them 3 emails to support

NOTHING so dont use them dont kow what is going on

i will update any correspondence i recieve im not holding my breath

Thanks for sharing your experience with article-express.net :)

The problem with recommending resources is that while they work one day the next day can be a whole different story...

So unfortunately, we can't guarantee results with any provider of services we list, but we will continue to recommend only the best ones we come across and are recommended to us by people we trust.

I would not give up with article-express however. To start with, try posting a thread on the Warrior Forum to see if anyone else has had a similar experience. Often this kind of negative publicity will reach the owners of the business and spur them into action.

And just to be clear, there are often two sides to every story so there *may* be a genuine reason why they've note been in touch yet.

Let us know how you get on.

s you know with our conversation and the webinars.

 

Its nothing to do with your recomendation they did one set of articles for me they really were great articles aswell

its just frustrating when this happens it happens a lot in the marketing world.

 

I did the warrior forum found nothing will start a thread like you said

iv sent 6 emails now iv started an appeal with paypal they have not responded to that either

im sure there is 2 sides to every story all my emails have been polite not nasty "typical brit"

just wanted answers

No, I know you weren't intending any criticism of us Colin, sorry if that came across :)

It is frustrating to make a recommendation of a supplier which lets you down... Obviously we want to give you the best advice possible so we're very aware of our responsibilities!

I'm sure you'll have no problem getting your money back from paypal - it may just take a while.

Hopefully there will be other people on the Warrior Forum who can confirm whether they've had a good experience or not with them as well.

Quick update i got my money back from article-express.net wah hey took a while but got it in the end i had to go through paypal and open a dispute all good now. I hope all is well with the buddies and ur all taking action done mod 10 now and sold 2 of my digital pdf woo hoo and some crazy girl did a video testimonial i did help her though by email with some affiliate tips :)

I submitted a support ticket 9 days ago, regarding the modules being blocked at week 10 (I assume that others are in the same boat, looking at this thread) and have heard nothing. I have chased today, before I looked at this thread.

James / Daniel, I'm really sorry, I know that, for separate reasons, your focus is elsewhere, but this really is not good enough.

You have set yourselves up as IM trainers - previously with a good reputation. If you can't deliver training then can I respectfully suggest that you concentrate on non-teaching activities.

For many of us who have been brave enough to leave the 'corporate world', IM is our sole source of income - we are therefore relying on the promises you made 4/5 months ago (ie that you would deliver weekly training modules). If I remember correctly, the Blueprint Coaching package, was to include 12 weeks of training - PLUS back up support after the 12 weeks were over. By the look of this thread, clients are not getting support and the training isn't even over yet.

I think that a simple explanation on this thread, or mailed to the Blueprint Coaching members was the MINIMUM we should have expected by now.

I hate to say it, but this apparent 'hiding' is the stuff of the real low-lifes in this industry. We know this doesn't apply to you guys, but I fear that your reputation is starting to look a little suspect over this.

The fact that James last post on here was nearly 3 months ago is nothing short of disgraceful !!!!!!

I totally agree with Intbudmfand and for this reason did not join there new program. If they can't deliver this course then why should they deliver on the next one? Really disappointed after a good start.

A super product ruined by a lack of follow through (I haven't got modules 11 and 12 either ) and NO SUPPORT (3 support desk tickets and 3 emails ignored!) - stupidly I paid in full for the programme so that'll teach me to a) not do it again and b) be wary of any further products from Daniel and James. Shame coz they seem such nice guys!

Hey guys sorry to hear you have had no feedback from the buddies i did join there new venture i was paying mthly for yib so it kinda worked out i had took everything i needed out of yib thats why i moved on thats not to say you guys should of not been looked after i really do understand what your saying i will send an email to them on your behalf and get back in touch with any info i recieve i will say the new stuff is fantastic and is moving my biz forward no end that is the truth i will try and find things out for you hang in there guys.

Guys, I can speak for Daniel and I when I say that it was our intention to have the BCP finished a long while ago. Sometimes, unfortunately, life gets in the way and we are by no means perfect.

That said, I'm amazed at the number of people who think that accessing modules 11 and 12 is what's 'holding them back' in their business. I'm astonished, in fact. Normally these are the same people who've implemented little or nothing of Modules 1-9.

Nelio, I know that's not the case with you and I've been impressed with your action taking.
Intudmf/Phil - I would love to see what you have implemented so far in order to be able to say the same.
Phil - I replied to your email on Jan 16th and have sent the same message again to you today.

I can't tell you how many people have given us gushing testimonials about the quality of the BCP. People who've paid fortunes for IM courses only to be ripped off time and time again. We've so over-delivered on everything so far its crazy. As I've said before, the reason it has taken longer to complete BCP is because we've upped the quality of the training and resources

For example, free software tools? They were *never* promised originally, but you now have *lifetime* access to these (what value these alone?). We could have rushed out a cheap half-finished course like most everyone does in IM, and fulfilled our obligations, but would that have *helped* you?

I've paid multiple 4 figures for courses and received a fraction of the value we've given in BCP. Not only is there about 10-12 videos each module, often with bonuses such as high-value software totally free, but we also delivered 6 live webinars, I held speed-coaching call-in days and we've offered way more support than most IM products ever do.

The BCP is one of the very best courses online about how to start an internet business, bar none. Other people tell us this all the time. In fact, Daniel and I have a hard time to accepting that but because people tell us so much we have to force ourselves to believe it as well.

Once its complete, you will have lifetime access to an amazing resource that you will refer to again and again. Especially as we are planning a 2.0 version this year with many updated and further-enhanced Modules.

In fact, with most IM products you don't get *any* support, whatsoever. If you think we compare *badly* then you have been very lucky with your other purchases so far. If you think a $388 investment will get you lifetime 1:1 technical support and coaching I'm afraid you need to seriously reset your expectations.

Its funny, but everyone I know who is successful in life has an understanding of what real value is, takes full advantage of it and is grateful afterwards.

In contrast, everyone I know who is unsuccessful blames everyone and everything else except themselves for the situation they are in.

You need to ask yourself, and for your sake, not mine, which of those two descriptions you most closely resemble yourself.

In fact, any future courses we do will feature a long section on mindset way before we even get close to anything technical.

If you don't know who Jim Rohn is you should google him asap and seek out his audio courses. My favourite quote of his is 'don't wish things were easier, wish that you were better'.

His words and advice will help you a million times more than anything Daniel or I can do.

And yes, Modules 11/12 will be completed this month (Feb). They will contain the very latest info about what works rather than a rehash of old stuff that's now out of date. Of course we could have done that months ago... perhaps many of you would have preferred that we'd have done that instead...

Wow.. what a flurry of activity today and 1st of a big thank you to James for having the courtesy to respond, to be fair he has also sent me several emails today although I have to say the alleged january one he sent me never arrived. On a positive note it looks like we can look forward to modules 11 and 12 this month (February) which, providing this happens I am content with, although why there was such a lack of feedback from the support desk still wrangles for me, but certainly the matter is closed for now.

 Njlm44 - the issue is not one of value, for a part product (what use is a nice good value car without wheels) it is of 1) delivering on the promises that have been pre paid upfront (ie all the modules)and 2) if there is a perceived issue and process to resolve ie the helpdesk - the issues are at least answered in a reasonable time - today they finally have been.

Hi James,

Many thanks for your detailed response. I don't think there is any doubt on the quality that yourself and Daniel provide in the trainings - that was never in question. As a previous platinum member, I saw first hand what you guys can do - but unfortunatly I was on the wrong end of some poor admin then as well (being sent to the wrong venue in Richmond, for a monthly meeting, being just one example of several). However, as you say, none of us are perfect and it didn't stop me sticking with you guys for BPC. I said in the question box at the BPC sales webinar that, I felt, you had priced this too cheaply and the value was incredible - again all of what you have said above is preaching to the converted.

I think the only point people were making, in this thread, is that everything seemed to stop, with no communication as to what was going on - that was ALL that was needed. There is enough goodwill in your clients (myself included) for everyone to say "ohh, okay, no problem chaps - well pick up again in a couple of months time. Gives us all time to consolidate". Yes you do over-deliver, yes we are grateful, and yes you do stand above the rest - that's why we are here - simple.

Of course you HAVE been busy (personally and professionally) - we understand that. However, there have been : The 7 Figure Formula Event, Six Figure Mentor webinars (I attended them both), mini videos from Austria, and numerous affiliate emails pushed our way in the past few months yet, as far as I can see, not one line to say BPC is on hold for 3 months - that was all that was needed surely.

You've said it perfectly "....the reason it has taken longer to complete BCP is because we've upped the quality of the training and resources" - PERFECT, we totally understand - why didn't you just send that out to everyone on the BPC list in December ??? In fact, I'm assuming there are still 100's of members that haven't got a clue what's going on ??

I have to say that I am disappointed to see you try turn this around and question what some of us have done (Hang on who's paying who here ??). I think that you might want to re-read your note and consider the first half of your response to be very defensive, then you go on the attack for the second half of the response. Perhaps, if it was me, I would have slipped in a simple apology somewhere as well ??

I know that you can tell from the analytics that my personal visits to the training videos have been sparce. But surely that's up to me and I don't have to answer to ANYONE on that front - I pay my money and take my choice. But seeing as you asked, I will tell you that my work committments (for one of the largest banks in the world) in 2010, meant that I couldn't build momentum with my IM training or my IM business. Therefore I planned to wait until all of the packages were in place then have a 2 week blitz (in the first weeks of December - when I had holiday booked). This I couldn't do, because not all of the training was there.

However, from my previous Platinum training, plus other's packages, I was able to build web-sites, twitter and facebook followings and have success with micro sites and article marketing (sorry, I'm subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement re those last 2 so can't give details). I've also had some success with affiliate marketing and facebook advertising. So I totally agree with you it IS about TAKING ACTION.

The most important decision, though, was to resign from my 27 year banking career, to become a full-time IMer as of 1/1/2011 - so YES, I HAVE TAKEN MASSIVE ACTION !!!

My bookshelves have plenty of personal development material - me and Jim go back long before Google was invented and agree with you that he is the man to listen to.

I am still a supporter of you guys and just a month ago I recommended the BPC programme to a 'newbie' (and it WASN'T an affiliate link I gave them). I will continue to recommend this programme to others in the future.

Again, thank you for the update James, and there certainly looks like some exciting developments for BPC members in the coming months :-D
